The Musical Dispute as the
Most Free Kind of Playful Diversity


 
In this re­spect, the lis­tener real­izes that the “mu­si­cal dis­pute” is the most free kind of play­ful di­ver­sity of his di­verg­ing fac­ul­ties of cog­ni­tion; at the same time, how­ever, he finds that his tools of cog­ni­tion are al­mighty for­ma­tive forces.
And he knows: they do con­verge, and al­ways will – re­gard­less of all di­verg­ing.

 
The Tools of Cognition in the Function of Almighty Formative Forces
This re­minds of some­one who sets out in a cer­tain di­rec­tion on our globe with a defi­nite goal in mind, only to ar­rive where he had origi­nally started from – and he is con­vinced that he reached the goal which he had in mind all along the way.
And we know: he him­self was the goal which, while walk­ing, he had al­ready reached – since he car­ried him­self along all the time – and which, in ad­di­tion, he reached out­side.

 
Now, in the field of the har­mony, the in­fi­nite joy of life per­vades. And in the deep si­lence of the ab­so­lu­te sound-sub­stance, any in­ner stir pro­duces an­other mani­fold hap­pi­ness of life which pours down on us like a cos­mic rain of hap­pi­ness.
Why should we close our­selves to this dy­namic ex­peri­ence in the deep, cos­mic si­lence of our pure self-aware­ness?

 
Experience of the Cosmic Rain of Happiness of Absolute Music
Sus­tain­ing the di­vergent na­ture of our feel­ing and un­der­stand­ing, and con­tinu­ing the per­fect dis­pute be­tween our forces of cog­ni­tion, held with utmost clar­ity and unyieldingness, are the natu­ral pre­req­ui­sites for our ex­peri­ence of per­fect hap­pi­ness.

 
The Perfect Unity of All Musical Tools of Cognition
Natu­rally, if it is to yield su­preme, per­fect mu­si­cal ex­peri­ence, this ex­peri­ence re­quires a clear per­cep­tion of the ab­so­lu­te sound-sub­stance in our mind, in our in­tel­lect, in our feel­ing and un­der­stand­ing, as well as in our sense of hear­ing, and in­deed, even in our neu­ro­physi­ol­ogy.
For this cos­mic vi­bra­tion of the ab­so­lu­te sound-sub­stance alone is able to unite all these tools of cog­ni­tion in a per­fect and re­al­is­tic man­ner by means of the su­preme mu­si­cal laws of or­der in the field of the har­mony.
